The Grange Lyceum presents
From Our Perspective: Voices of Local Youth
Sunday, November 9
3:00pm
This event will bring the passionate and articulate voices of regional high school age students to the Grange Hall, where they will speak on a wide variety of topics and issues from climate change to pollution to public education to the state of the world, all drawn from their own life experiences, personal perspectives, and explorations. This event is being led and coordinated by Oona Hall, an Essex resident and senior at Seton Catholic, who has recruited the participants and worked with them ahead of the Grange event to develop their ideas, draft their remarks, practice public speaking, and prepare for the afternoon’s program. This is a rare opportunity to hear from young people and have some intergenerational dialogue.
