Our kitchen is certified by the NYS Department of Health for commercial use. It has a 6-burner gas stove with oven, 3-bay sink and 2-bay prep sink, commercial refrigerator and freezer, commercial dishwasher, substantial space for food preparation and is fully equipped with cookware. See the photos below. The kitchen is available to groups renting the Grange for events, for canning and other food processing, and to value-add producers.
