Our kitchen is certified by the NYS Department of Health for commercial use. It has a 6-burner gas stove with oven, 3-bay sink and 2-bay prep sink, commercial refrigerator and freezer, commercial sanitizer, substantial space for food preparation and is fully equipped with cookware. The kitchen is available at a modest charge to groups or individuals renting the Grange for events, for canning and other food processing, and to value-add producers.
