Raised in the southwest corner of the Adirondack Park, Colleen Corrigan began establishing roots in the Tri-Lakes region in 2015. From environmental education, farming and daycare work, Colleen became aware of her passion for accompanying others in times of transition.

Thus, Sacred Explorations was born, recognizing the intrinsic capacities we have to lean into times of transition through inviting in practices, perspectives and connections that transform the unbearable and challenging into a space of deep knowing, processing and integration.

As a Life Transitions Doula, specializing in end-of-life care, Colleen provides spiritual, emotional, and practical non-medical support for individuals, family and community in navigating these challenging and profound times.
