Mantras, chants and simple songs provide simple yet beautiful, creative ways to express one’s heart in song. This retreat-style event explores these song forms through listening, singing together and creating individual simple songs as artistic expression that can be used for sheer enjoyment as well as for personal wellness practices or as mediums for community connection.

Martha Gallagher loves sharing music through her work as a professional musician, which she has been doing for nearly 50 years; songwriter, singer, harper, performer, recording artist and retreat leader. She delights in supporting individuals and groups in revitalizing and growing their wellness and spiritual practices through engaging in music, dance, poetry creation, nature connection, and imagination exploration.
